New Tork Compact Auto Shift assortment
The Tork Compact Auto Shift toilet tissue system from SCA Tissue Europe is now available in Premium, Advanced and Universal qualities.
This means that the innovative toilet tissue system – designed to eliminate the problem of toilet rolls running out between maintenance checks – will be accessible to a much wider range of users.
And the fact that the Tork “leaf” pattern has now been added to the Premium and Advanced versions makes the system even more aesthetically pleasing to customers.
The Tork Compact Auto Shift, launched last year, comprises two tightly-wound toilet rolls in a slimline, Tork Elevation dispenser. When the first roll is used up, the second roll automatically shifts down into position ready for use.
The empty core is then collected inside the dispenser ensuring that no waste litters the floor. The system originally housed non-decorated Tork Premium rolls aimed at medium to high traffic washrooms in restaurants, hotels and offices where a long-lasting, space-saving solution was required.
“We have now launched the system in Tork Advanced and Tork Universal formats to widen its appeal even further,” said SCA Tissue Europe product and market manager Julie Ray. “We envisage the Advanced version becoming particularly popular in schools, colleges and other institutions while the Universal system will hold particular appeal in the cost-conscious FSC sector.”
Tork Premium rolls now feature an ice blue leaf pattern while Tork Advanced rolls are embossed with a silver-grey leaf. The Tork Universal Compact Auto Shift system comprises two 135m rolls of white, standard quality one-ply toilet paper.
“Assuming that a conventional small roll contains around 24m, this means that the Tork Universal system houses the equivalent of more than 11 small rolls,” said Julie.
The Tork leaf pattern is also available on Tork Premium and Tork Advanced interfold Hand Towels and on Tork Premium and Tork Advanced Hand Towel Rolls. This means that the Tork Compact Auto Shift in Premium and Advanced versions can now co-ordinate with the corresponding hand towel system.
