Tork tag air freshener upgrade
SCA has upgraded its Tork Universal Air Freshener system to make it more convenient and aesthetically pleasing than before.
The system - a convenient tag impregnated with a choice of fresh, clean aromas – has a new shape and is also available in an attractive white plastic holder. This makes it suitable for an even wider range of customer environments.
“The Tork Universal Air Freshener was originally designed to be looped around washroom pipes and has always been popular because it is so simple and convenient to use,” said SCA product and segment manager Charlotte Branwhite.
“However, many washrooms these days have hidden pipework so we have introduced a smart new holder that can be attached to the washroom wall. This makes the tag air freshener more versatile while the new square shape and the sleek white holder both complement our Tork Elevation washroom dispenser range.”
The Tork Universal Air Freshener, which used to be circular, is green in colour but turns blue when the fragrance has been used up. The colour is still clearly visible through the plastic holder for ease of maintenance.
Available in apple, citrus and floral aromas, each tag in the pack of 20 lasts around 30 days before changing colour.
"The Tork Universal Air Freshener is ideal for end-customers hit by budget cuts,” said Charlotte. “It is a low-cost solution and produces very little waste compared to that generated by non-dispenser aerosol sprays. The fact that it is quick and easy to install and change reduces maintenance costs as well.”
A recent Tork survey revealed that 92 per cent of people feel it is important that a public washroom should be clean and fresh – and that one of their pet washroom hates was a bad smell.
