Tork Handy Bucket is easy to use
A smart, easy-to-use disposable wiper system for industrial and hygiene-critical areas has just been launched by Tork.
The system comprises a roll of Tork Premium Precision Cleaning cloths ready-packed in the portable Handy Bucket.
“The beauty of this system is that operatives can fill the Handy Bucket with the detergent or disinfectant of their choice,” said Mark Riley, SCA Tissue Europe category product director object wiping.
“The Handy Bucket can then be resealed to provide a supply of ready-moistened wipes available for use wherever they are needed.”
Disposable wiper for wet and dry applications
Tork Premium Precision Cleaning cloths are soft, strong and low-linting which means they are particularly suitable for use on medical instruments and other sensitive surfaces.
When used in healthcare environments such as hospitals and retirement homes, the system avoids the health and safety risks of carrying open buckets of disinfectant plus a separate supply of wipers. “The Handy Bucket also uses less disinfectant than a traditional bucket-plus-wiper system,” said Mark.
The disposable wiper performs well for both wet and dry applications and is sufficiently soft to clean difficult-to-reach corners. Each Handy Bucket contains 250 sheets of wiper measuring 28cm X 17.5cm. The bucket holds four litres of detergent or disinfectant and has a resealable lid to prevent the cloths from drying out.
