Tork launches luxury foam soap
Washroom manufacturer SCA Tissue Europe has combined two innovations in one with the launch of a new Tork foam soap in a hands-free dispenser.
Tork Premium Soap Foam Luxury is a moisturising hand soap aimed at the upmarket washrooms of restaurants, hotels, stores and offices. It is housed in a hygienic, hands-free dispenser that uses Smart Sensor technology to detect the user's hands.
This is the first foam soap and also one of the first sensor-driven dispensers to be offered as part of the Tork range.
“There is a growing demand for no-touch systems from washroom users who demand increasingly higher levels of hygiene,” said SCA Tissue Europe’s marketing director UK and ireland Jenny Turner. “We wanted to combine hygiene and luxury in one, and we have achieved this by launching a foaming soap in a no-touch dispenser.”

The Foam Soap dispenser forms part of the new extended range of Tork Aluminium dispensers. Theese allow washroom managers to upgrade to a smarter look without having to pay the high price of stainless steel dispensers.
Tork Premium Soap Foam Luxury comes in a bag-in-box refill that has a patented "OneShot" dosing system to ensure precise dosing control. Each easy-to-change refill delivers more than 1,000 shots of drip-free foam soap.
After 950 shots have been dispensed, a refill tone sounds to alert the janitor that a new one is required. This low tone can be turned off at the flick of a switch.
The sensor-driven dispenser is easy to use and maintain, and dispenses up to 70,000 shots on a single set of batteries.
