Web film shows effectiveness of Tork wipers
A new film that shows how Tork wipers can increase efficiency over rags and competitors’ wipers is now available on this website.
The film demonstrates Tork Advanced 420 and Tork Premium 530 wipers in use and compares them with alternative products.
“The video shows Tork Advanced 420 and a competitor’s comparable wiper being soaked in water,” said SCA Tissue Europe’s product and market manager Mark Riley. “The Tork wiper is quite clearly less saturated after soaking, and our tests have revealed it to be 36 per cent more absorbent than the rival product.
“Tork Premium 530 is also compared with rags in the film, both in terms of absorbency and strength. The cloth is shown to absorb liquids more rapidly and remain intact even when put under pressure by being pulled from corner to corner.”
Tork Premium 530 is a low-linting, durable wiper that is particularly effective when used with solvents. It can be used for machine maintenance, repair tasks and general site cleaning operations.
Tork Advanced 420 is designed for general wiping tasks such as cleaning hands and mopping up spills.
