What does it take to achieve the next great leap in IT? Located in Tatarstan, Russia, Innopolis is a unique new city and one of the country’s main centres for science and technology. To get ready for the next generation of research and development, every detail matters. So to supply the washrooms, OJSC Innopolis chose Tork for their creative and customer-centric approach.
At Innopolis, kindergartens and modern residential neighbourhoods lie side by side with the OJSC, a major university and sports complex.
The mission of the ambitious new science city is to attract students, researchers and investors to create major tech companies and a world-class scientific community.
For the OJSC, it’s important not only that facilities can handle the large visitor flows of conferences and other events held there, but also that the quality and image match the degree of innovation and ambition of the project.
Every part of the OJSC, including the washrooms, had to be up to the task. But at the same time the complex needed to be able to run cost efficiently. So after looking at several different hygiene suppliers, OJSC facility management chose Tork.
“We noticed the customer-centric approach and efficiency of the Tork managers early on,” says Irik Sabirzyanov, Deputy General Director of Building Maintenance, OJSC Innopolis, “they really made the entire process and collaboration easy.”
Together with Sabirzyanov, Tork representatives helped create and implement a unique setup catering specifically to the hygiene needs of OJSC Innopolis.
“Key aspects of our collaboration with Tork have been their creative approach to finding a solution for us, and the absence of any problems with the equipment after installation. Dispensers work smoothly without excessive maintenance needed, and still look as good as when they were new. With our Tork products we are confident that we have hygiene covered, and that’s what is most important,” says Sabirzyanov.
OJSC management are so satisfied that they have recommended partnering with Tork to other Innopolis businesses, like the new sports centre.
In a city that has set out to become one of the best in tech research worldwide, Tork is empowering facility managers to do their part and deliver hygiene solutions with the quality and efficiency that Innopolis strives for as a whole.
